Stresses the need for additional funding to broaden the scope of the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme, in particular in the light of the recent tragic events in Ukraine; points out that the provision of financial support by the EU for joint cultural projects in which young artists from Eastern Partnership countries and EU Member States take part will raise the profile and increase the political significance of such projects and will bolster efforts to secure peace in Europe;
