Regrets that the new proposal, with an increased overall amount for the EU budget, will lead to a further waste of taxpayers’ money to finance programs and instruments which failed in tackling major problems such as unemployment, economic recession, poverty, the migration crisis and security threats, not providing any concrete answer to the needs of our citizens and Member States;
