Supports the creation of the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), which will promote cultural and educational projects and recognises the role of cultural and creative industries, and highlights the need to minimise the impact of the cuts on the Horizon 2020 programmes and the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) in order to allow them to accomplish their respective objectives;
