Notes that the Authority in January 2016 adopted the standard operating procedures on “Handling complaints submitted by whistleblowers” and recommends to undertake consistent training on whistle-blowing rules rights and the Authority rules; calls on the Authority to commit itself to strictly protect the identity of whistle-blowers and their intimidation; asks the Authority to provide details on whistle-blower cases in 2016, if any, and how they have been handled;
