Points out that, in order to better achieve EU foreign policy goals, it is fundamental that the EU improves its internal coordination in that area; calls on Member States and EU institutions to consider ways to provide all necessary tools to reach a fully common Foreign Affairs and Security Policy placing the EU as a single international actor;
