Calls for additional funding to address both the fragility of supply chains and agri-food systems and the eroded macro-economic stability of many countries; notes that Russia’s unjustifiable, unprovoked and illegal war of aggression against Ukraine has further stressed the global system already impacted by the COVID-19 crisis; calls for strengthening the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), including the support for local women's organisations active in the Afghanistan crisis;
