In light of the new health and safety risks in this developing sector, remains strongly opposed to the Commission's intention to withdraw a number of legislative proposals, in particular the directive on musculoskeletal disorders and the revision of the carcinogens directive; deplores the fact that the proposal for the withdrawals was announced without justification and in the absence of consultation with the partners involved;
