Is concerned about the latest violent repression of trade unions in the Republic of Korea; calls on the Commission to initiate consultations with the Korean authorities about violations of fundamental rights, such as the freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; Ask the Commission to make its findings on those violations publicly available in a reasonable period of time.
