Takes note of the result of the popular initiative of 9 February 2014; calls, however, on the European Union to remain firm on the fundamental principle of free movement of persons so that Switzerland continues to grant upon the Commission to work with Switzerland and the Member States to find a satisfactory solution that takes into consideration the outcome of this vote whilst respecting the priovileged access to Union workers and enterprisesions of the concerned agreements;
