Reiterates that macro-economic policies promoting austerity and structural reforms that promote public sector cuts impact disproportionately on women and girls, stifle economic growth, and exacerbate poverty and social exclusion; Reiterates its call to the Commission and Member States to refocus their macro-economic approach towards encouraging public sector social investment for sustainable and inclusive growth, which benefits those who are most vulnerable in society, particularly women and girls;
