Calls for the phasing-out of all land-based biofuels, such as palm oil biodiesel, that drive deforestation and compete directly against food production for land or do not significantly reduce greenhouse gas emission, while recognizing that in a planned rotation there are dual benefits from certain crops as both feed and energy providers;
