Welcomes the start of a dialogue with different stake-holders in order to review the current internal decision No 362/2010 of 29 November 2010 concerning psychological and sexual harassment at work on the basis of a new proposal for a changed framework to combat harassment with the aim of broadening the scope of the matter by including prevention measures and conflict resolution means, as well as reinforcing the principle of zero tolerance towards harassment, including various courses on preventing harassment; calls on the Committee to establish a new framework on harassment as soon as possible and to report back on its follow-up actions to Parliament;
