Calls on the Commission and the Member States fully and consistently to enforce competition law, rules on unfair competition and anti-trust rules; points out, nonetheless, that competition law can go only a limited way towards resolving the problem of unfair practices; points to the rules in the CAP and calls on the Commission to support the market to make better use of the opportunities provided under the Single CMO Regulation, with a view to enable the establishment of producer organisations, associations of producers organisations and inter-branch organisations;
