Calls on Member States to step up their efforts on tackling child poverty and social exclusion through effective implementation of the European Commission Recommendation ‘Investing in children: breaking the cycle of disadvantage’ through integrated strategies supporting access to adequate resources, enabling access to affordable quality services and promoting children’s participation in decision making that affects them; calls on the Commission to take further measures for monitoring the implementation of the Recommendation;
