NotesRegards it as essential that, as the Authority’s workload should have sufficient resources to carry out its increasingly shifting from legislative tasks to enforcing and applying the Union law, the Authority’s budget and manpower should be reallocated internallyassignments to the full, including dealing with any additional workload necessitated by those assignments and requiring an increase in resources; points out in addition that any increase in its workload may also be met by internally reallocating budget resources or manpower, provided that that does not impair full exercice by the Authority of its mandate;
