Its Policy Group is made up of the Member States and the European Parliament. The European Investment Bank (EIB), the International Financial Institutions (IFI) and the European Development Finance Institutions (EDFI) are invited to attend meetings, depending on the agenda. The Technical Groups are made up of the Member States, the EIB, the IFI, the EDFI, and private consortia, businesses or foundations/NGOs.
