Calls on the Commission to strengthen the manner in which Member States implement schemes approved under the YG and to put in place a comprehensive monitoring system that covers cost efficiency, structural reforms and measures targeting individuals; calls in this respect on the Commission to identify and diffuse god practices in monitoring and reporting based on its overview of the existing systems across Member States;
