Notes that Member States might apply further instruments through both pillars of the CAP and encourages those member states with specific geographical challenges, such as mountainous or in some cases less-favoured regions, to consider introducing a multiplying factor (e.g. 2), which takes into account the number of harvests per year or the range of cultures, which can be grown there, when granting support to young farmers who want to operate in these regions in order to incentivise activities in this region in an attempt of fighting demographic challenges there;
