Calls for the 2017 draft budget to reflect and support the priorities outlined in the European Semester,; notes that, to achieve sustainable economic growth, it is necessary specifically to relaunching investment, pursuinge structural reforms to modernise European economies, and conducting responsible fiscal policies;

Points out, however, that, in the case of the EBA, sufficient resources should be provided for in the 2017 draft budget to prepare afor relocation away from London when, and to carry it out, since the United Kingdom is withdrawsing from the European Union and the seat of the EBA must therefore be moved to the EU;
