Calls for an holistic approach to women entrepreneurship aimed at encouraging and supporting women to build a career in entrepreneurship, facilitating access to finance and business opportunity but also creating an environment that would enable women to reach their potential and become successful entrepreneurs by ensuring, inter alia, the reconciliation of professional and personal life , access to child-care facilities and tailored made trainings;
