Calls for the Commission to assess implementation of Article 209 of Regulation (EU) 1308/2013 on the single CMO, specifically concerning the exceptions to competition rules granted to certain agreements and practices of farmers in associations, in order to provide those concerned with greater clarity and legal certainty when this article is implemented, and to give the Commission greater flexibility in implementing this article.
