(1 b) Article 136 is replaced by the following: Article 136 "Article 136 Identification and notification of deteriorating financial conditions by the insurance and reinsurance undertaking1. Insurance and reinsurance undertakings shall have procedures in place to identify deteriorating financial conditions and shall immediately notify the supervisory authorities when such deterioration occurs.
