Deplores the lack of access to justice and legal aid for victims of all types of crime in some Member States which results in poor information provided to the victim of the possibility of requesting an EPO; reiterates that this affects rural areas especially, for which reason it asks Member States for more manpower to detect violence, particularly against women, and protection them in rural areas;
