Underlines the fact that the success of the DCFTA is subject to theDCFTA demands a thorough implementation by both partiesGeorgia of the commitments set out in the agreement to align its legislation to the Union's acquis; calls, in this respect, for the EU to provide Georgia with all necessary assistance. as in the short- and middle-term the country will have to deal with negative social and economic consequences of such a shock therapy;
