Calls on the Member States and the Commission to promote the implementation of the TA2030 beyond pilot actions, making this instrument a reference framework for action that provides concrete guidelines for EU territories to improve their performance; highlights the opportunity to make regional funding conditional on achieving TA2030 priorities and calls on the Commission to develop monitoring indicators linking the TA2030 and the use of cohesion policy funds, in particular the ERFDF;
