Recalls that franchising is an effective way for people to set up their own business and thus create their own employment: if they are affiliated with a well-known business model and able to take immediate advantage of its commercial reputation; advice (training), visibility, communication, installation, products, etc. provided by the franchiser; in the long term the franchisee will often create additional jobs;
