Regrets, however, that the Agreement cannot include the removal of tariff barriers as a result of Armenia’s membership of the Eurasian Economic Union; welcomes, nevertheless,Notes the high utilisation rate of the EU Generalised System of Preferences (GSP+) by Armenia, but notes with some concern that these GSP+ exports are heavily concentrated in only a few types of goods;
