Condemns the use of sexual violence against women and girls as weapons of war, including crimes such as mass rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, gender-based forms of persecution including trafficking, sex tourism, and early and forced marriages, and all other forms of sexual violence, and calls on the governments of the Eastern Partnership states to proceed with the imposition of genuine legal punishments on those who have committed this kind of crime;
