Notes that in the 2014-2020 programming period the Structural and Investment Funds afford scope for actions to further the aims of the Convention; points to the need to make effective use of these funds in the form of means and measures to help Member States both to ensure that the healthcare to be provided to people with disabilities is suited to their condition and of high quality and to eliminate injustices as regards access to care;
