Takes note of the Investment Plan for Europe, which is designed to create new jobs and boost innovation, and hopes that the European Investment Project Portal, as a transparent pipeline for investable projects in the EU, will help orientate investors towards existing opportunities, in favour of financing SMEs and start-up development as the fastest way to reduce unand most efficient way to reduce unemployment and promote long-term employment;
