Welcomes the cooperation and exchange of ideas and practices between the agencies within the framework of the Union agencies performance development network, which contributes to more balanced governance, improved efficiency and greater coherence between them; stresses that the network must contribute to greater efficiency and not create additional costs and more bureaucracy;
