Notes with concern that the Court reported weaknesses in public procurement procedures where a contract was awarded to a tender whose financial offer exceeded the maximum budget with more than 100%; calls on the Authority to further improve its public procurement procedures, ensuring full compliance with the applicable rules and financial regulations, to ensure they achieve the best possible value for money;
