Stresses that the successful achievement of PA and OP objectives is greatly facilitated by the active involvement of the social partners and other relevant actors; calls for greater involvement of the social partners in the high-level group of independent experts instructed to monitor the simplification of European structural and investment funds for the beneficiaries thereof;
