Points outNotes that, for the Agency to comply with its new policy objectives, it is necessary to enhance its financial and human resources in the coming years; calls for an assurance as to the amounts to be included in the forthcoming budgetas part of an overall improvement in coast guard functions, its financial and human resources have been increased from 2017 onwards, so that the Agency can meet its future needs and its new ambitions, and stresses the need to evaluate the possibility of increasing the budgetary appropriations for the Agency's operations related to fisheries surveillance in the coming years;
