Calls on the Member States to ensure universal access to training in digital skills, in order to allow equal participation of all citizens in the digital single market, be it as employees, entrepreneurs or customers; in this regards, highlights the importance of improving the matching between the industrial sector ´s labour requirements and the educational system at all educational levels in order to provide students with knowledge and skills required in knowledge society and for transition to a digitalised economy;
