DeplorNotes the sharp decrease in payments which, compared to 2008, fall by 13,9% to EUR 34 914,1 million; is not convincedwill further examine, in particular, of the reasons for the downward revision of payment level forecasts, viz. -30% in ERDF convergence, -13% in ERDF regional competitiveness and employment, -85% in ERDF territorial cooperation and -50% in the Cohesion Fund for the new programmes 2007 - 2013, in order to ascertain the extent to which these decreases are a reflection of where we are in the financial programming cycle;
