Considers that the budget should ensure the transparency of the RRF, including by setting up a publicly accessible online tool that allows Union citizens to identify the final beneficiaries of the RRF funds; therefore calls on the Council to reach an agreement with the Commission and the Parliament to publish the lists of final beneficiaries.
