Calls on Serbia to align its foreign and security policy with that of the EU, including its policy on Russia, and regrets the fact that Serbia's alignment with EU CFSP decisions and declarations felt down in 2016, Serbia being the only candidate country with such a tendency; welcomes Serbia’s important contribution to and continued participation in international peacekeeping operations; at the same considers conducting the joint Serbia-Russia military exercises regrettable;
