RecallAppreciates that in 2022, the Board of Supervisors adopted an amendment to its Rules of Procedure, as well as those of the Management Board and the mandates of the Standing Committees on Resolution and on anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing, obliging members who have declared a conflict of interest to be absent from both the vote and the discussion itself, without exception;
