Welcomes the fact that the intervention plan will include a monitoring initiative in which the social actors should be able to participate, the purpose of which is to guarantee that the proposal is implemented in accordance with the recommendations of a study, to be carried out as part of the actions included in the initiative, concerning vocational training demands and activity opportunities, as well as to guarantee the sound management of the budget provided for;
