Calls on the Commission to support SMEs and micro-businesses (including artisans) in the tourism sector, by fostering innovative initiatives, simplifying bureaucracy and encouraging education and training (mainly on new digital skills), and by guaranteeing rights, decent working conditions and proper wages for workers in this sector, without any seasonal variations; emphasises the importance of fostering innovative initiatives to stimulate new tourism offerings in terms of destinations and experiences, helping to enhance the value of regional products and local traditions;
