Recalls that the Commission's proposed Financial Framework for the period 2014 - 2020 excludes financing for the GMES programme completely, and asks the Member States to continue to cover the costs of the launch and annual maintenance of the programme; considers that this would lead to a potential temporary suspensionill endanger the future of the GMES programme itself, an, will interruption in data provision as a result, and lead to a dependence on non-European space infrastructure;
