Points out that a failure to take specific initiatives with measurable outcomes so that European citizens learn the extent and far-reaching nature of the project of European construction and realise the benefits which have accrued and continue to accrue for the freedom of the peoples of Europe would be a very grave strategic error with incalculable repercussions.
