Highlights the multiple possibilities given by the new technologies to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue as well as the EU principles and values; encourages all Heads of EU Delegations to make full use of the digital diplomacy tools through their active and consistent presence in the social media; calls on the EEAS to explore the possibilities of new virtual programmes, such as Exchange 2.0 or the J.Christopher Stephens Virtual Exchange Initiative;
