Recalls that with respect to trafficking in human beings the European Union has established a specific legal and political framework to optimise cooperation and make trafficking a priority for bodies and agencies such as Europol and Eurojust; welcomes the conclusions of the first report on progress made in the fight against trafficking in human beings; calls on the Commission to draw up, on that basis and as rapidly as possible, a strategy for the post-2016 period;
