Reiterates its belief that the introduction of a Knowledge Management System, bringing together multiple sources of information, texts and references into a single point access- system for both Mmembers and staff, would constitute a valuable management tool and a real qualitative improvement that should not be delayed; notes with interest the recent discussion of this issue in the Bureau and insists on the appropriate follow-up during the budgetary procedure;
