Stresses with concern that work on women's rights within the European institutions neglects the issue of security; calls for funds to be earmarked for an ambitious process of reflection on the rise in insecurity among women in the European Union and its link with the arrival on European soil of vast numbers of people whose value system differs from ours and sometimes does not recognise that men and women are equal in dignity.
