Calls on the Member States to take action in the areas of prevention, decriminalisation of people in prostitution, exit programmes, demand reduction, punishment of clients, destigmatisation and the elimination of stereotypes; calls on the Member States to reduce demand while protecting womenvictims of prostitution and sex trafficking and their rights, to end the criminalisation and stigmatisation of people in prostitution and to ensure exit strategies and unconditional access to social security systems and reintegration;
