Supports a coherent European suggestion providingtresses that, in the financial services sector, just as more generally in the field of consumers access to balanced forms of collective redress ffairs, it is advisable to await the results of the study organised by the European Commission before the settlement of cross-border complaints related to retail financial productsaking any decision regarding either the principle of introducing a possible European system of collective redress or the nature thereof.
