Urges the Commission and the Council to look after the needs of people with disabilities better, and to take such needs consistently into account when reviewing EU regulations, such as those on passenger rights in different modes of transport (Regulations (EC) No 1107/2006 and (EC) No 261/2004 on air transport, Regulation (EC) No 1371/2007 on rail transport, Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 on waterborne transport and Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 on bus and coach transport), and when drawing up legislation, for example on passenger rights in the context of multimodal journeys;
